Since climate change affects us all, you have made a sustainable CHOICE with this product. By choosing to use a product with the sustainability label ECO₂ CHOICE, you are actively contributing to environmental and climate protection while maintaining the high quality of our products.
Criteria
- CO₂ reduced products through optimized composition compared to the conventional or comparable product
- Use of sustainable raw materials such as renewable raw materials, biomass balance raw materials etc.
Product carbon footprint (PCF)
PCF: 0.32 kg CO2 Eq./kg
PCF: kg CO2 Eq./m²
The calculation of the global warming potential (GWP) or product carbon footprint (PCF) covers the life cycle stages from the provision of raw materials to the point at which the product leaves our production site (cradle to gate). Our calculation methodology is based on the ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards. This may result in deviations from the values of an EPD (according to EN 15804).
CO2 reduction
Reduction of 29.63 kg CO₂ Eq. compared to the conventional product UZIN LE 43 calculated on 100 m² with a consumption of 0.375 kg/m².
This corresponds to the emissions caused by an average car over a distance of 182.9 km (load factor 1.4 pers/car)*.

Die Berechnung des Treibhausgaspotenzials (GWP) bzw. CO₂ Fußabdruck (PCF) eines Produktes umfasst die Lebenszyklusabschnitte von der Rohstoffbereitstellung bis zum Verlassen unserer Produktionsstätte (cradle to gate). Unsere Berechnungsmethodik basiert dabei auf den Standards ISO 14040 und ISO 14044. Hierbei kann es zu Abweichungen zu den Werten einer EPD (nach EN 15804) kommen.
